MANAGEMENT MULTIPLE UTERINE MYOMA IN PREGNANCY: A CASE REPORT

Uterine myoma is a benign tumor originating from the smooth muscle of uterus. In general, uterine myomas are asymptomatic and found incidentally during ultrasound examination pregnancy.
